Frequently Asked Questions
Orders for available items received before 10:00 a.m. on weekdays will be shipped the same day via DHL. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the next business day at the latest. All shipments can be tracked using DHL's tracking service. We will send you the tracking number via email after shipment.
Send us a short, informal email to info@bowrilla.de, including your order number. We'll send you a DHL return label immediately. Simply present the enclosed QR code at the store. No printing or gluing required.
