A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activities.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 100 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 100 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ELBKONSTRUKT GmbH, Malzweg 26, 20535 Hamburg, Germany, Phone: +49 40 8450 9735, Email: info@elbkonstrukt.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the most economical standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

For returns within Germany, we provide a free return label and cover the return shipping costs. If the return is made from abroad, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must organize the return independently.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their quality, characteristics, and functioning.
