Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

Goods are delivered within Germany, to selected EU countries and to the United Kingdom (UK).

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Shipping within Germany (DE) is free of charge.

Shipping to Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Czech Republic (CZ), Denmark (DK), France (FR), Italy (IT), Luxembourg (LU), Netherlands (NL), Poland (PL), Finland (FI), Hungary (HU) and Spain (ES) is free for orders of €59.00 or more. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99.

Shipping to Andorra (AD), Bulgaria (BG), Croatia (HR), Estonia (EE), Gibraltar (GI), Greece (GR), Ireland (IE), Latvia (LV), Lithuania (LT), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI) and Sweden (SE) is free for orders of €99.00 or more. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.99.

Shipping to Switzerland (CH) is free for orders of €69.99 or more. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €7.99.

Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK) is free for orders of £60.00 or more. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of £6.99.

Gift vouchers are sent exclusively by email and therefore do not incur any shipping costs.

Shipping to other countries is available on request.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 3–5 days and to other countries within 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract (or, where advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Further payment details
