Shipping policy

 

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available to Germany, selected EU countries, the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland (CH).

Shipping Costs (incl. VAT)

Shipping within Germany (DE) is free of charge.

Shipping to the following countries — Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Czech Republic (CZ), Denmark (DK), France (FR), Italy (IT), Luxembourg (LU), Netherlands (NL), Poland (PL), Finland (FI), and Hungary (HU) — is free for orders over €59.00. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €4.99 will be charged.

Shipping to the following countries — Andorra (AD), Bulgaria (BG), Croatia (HR), Estonia (EE), Gibraltar (GI), Greece (GR), Ireland (IE), Latvia (LV), Lithuania (LT), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI), Spain (ES), and Sweden (SE) — is free for orders over €99.00. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €9.99 will be charged.

We ship to the United Kingdom (UK) with free shipping for orders of £60.00 or more. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of £6.99 applies.

Shipping to Switzerland (CH) is free for orders over €69.99. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €7.99 will be charged.

Gift cards are sent via email only. Therefore, no shipping costs apply to gift cards.

Shipping to other countries is available upon request.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany will take place within 3–5 days, and international deliveries within 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of prepayment, after the payment instruction is received). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Additional Payment Information
